Elements of transcendental heuristic. New light on the art of positing problems

This paper examines the point of view of logic on the design-Elements of transcendental heuristic. New light on the art of positing problems side of problems. We start by giving three examples of transcendental reproblematization, in which the determination of conditions of possibility of problems is given instead of their resolution. This kind of reproblematization applies also to logic, involving three consequences: (1) everything regarding logic should be considered under a transcendental angle; (2) the dialectic is a fundamental component of logic; (3) transposed into didactics, this dialectic leads the cause of the educational interaction between the questioning one (the teacher) and the answering one (the pupil).

Nueva luz sobre el arte de la postulación de problemas

Este artículo examina el punto de vista de la lógica en el lado del diseño de los problemas. Comenzamos por dar tres ejemplos de reproblematización trascendental, en que se da la determinación de las condiciones de posibilidad de problemas en lugar de resolverlos.
Este tipo de reproblematization se aplica también a la lógica, que implica tres consecuencias: (1) todo lo relacionado con la lógica debe ser considerada bajo un ángulo trascendental; (2) la dialéctica es un componente fundamental de la lógica; (3) incorporada a la didáctica, esta dialéctica defiende la causa de la interacción educativa entre el cuestionamiento (el profesor) y la respuesta a uno (la pupila).
